Anthony J. Noriega

Anthony J. Noriega is a Veterans of the Vietnam Conflict, attended various colleges in Southern California. He was employed at Los Angeles Air Force Base as a civilian Federal Employee Management Relations Specialist and went on the become the Personnel Advisor to Major General Robert E. Duignan, commander 4th Air Force Reserve Command, located at March Air Reserve Base. In this capacity he was responsible for advising and consulting with Installation commanders and their staff for 21 United States Air Forces bases located throughout the United States with an approximate work force population of 22,000. He went on to serve in this position for 10 years, before retiring with 30 years of federal service in 2015.


He is Director District 5 League United Latin Americans Citizens (LULAC), a member of the LULAC State Civil Rights and Advocacy Committee and is member of the LULAC State Executive Board. With the assistance of many community activists LULAC in the Inland Empire has increased from two councils last year to five councils this year. He is currently working on establishing two additional councils in 2023. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in representing and supporting the latino community.
