Marco Santana is a first-generation graduate of the University of California, Riverside, with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Education. He has over 7 years of experience in community development, workforce initiatives, and nonprofit management, holding leadership roles with the Pass Community Foundation, Faith in Action of the San Gorgonio Pass, and Riverside County Housing and Workforce Solutions’ Workforce Development Division. Marco has secured significant grants for social services, housing navigation, homeless services, and workforce programs while leading initiatives that improve housing stability and health outcomes for marginalized communities. He is passionate about building equitable pathways to quality jobs and uplifting underserved communities through public health, education, and housing equity.
