Membership
- The “Lessee Members,” who shall be all persons who lease land or housing from Inland Equity Community Land Trust; and
- The “General Members,” who shall be all other persons, eighteen years of age or older, who have complied with the following requirements.
Section 6.02 Membership Dues:
HOUSING JUSTICE CHAMPIONS: Enter your yearly income and we’ll calculate monthly payments.

SOLIDARITY BUILDERS: Dues will be billed on a recurring monthly basis on flat rate based on criteria described below. Solidarity Builders, after initial payment, can choose to select the preferred date for the second and future billings.
Low-Income / Student: $5 Monthly
Senior Citizen: $10 Monthly
Standard: $15 Monthly
Sponsor: $25 Monthly
Lamp-Lighters: AN ANNUAL SUSTAINER MEMBERSHIP
Low-Income / Student: $25 a Year
Senior Citizen: $35 a Year
Standard: $50 a Year
Sponsor: $75 a Year
MATCH-MAKERS: A ONE-TIME ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (At the End of Your One-Time Membership, You’ll Get an Email Notice & Phone Call to See if You Would Like to Renew)
