Megan Garcia is a talented esthetician, Chair of the Pass Young Democrats, Secretary of the Pass Community Foundation, and a fierce advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and education policy in the San Gorgonio Pass. Before transitioning into esthetics, she spent ten years as an executive administrator in engineering sectors including water and wastewater infrastructure, fiber optics, and construction.

Nancy Jiménez is a longtime community leader and current Board President of the Northwest Mosquito and Vector Control District, where she provides strategic oversight for a public health district serving more than 850,000 residents across the Inland Empire. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership, education advocacy, and community organizing, she has worked closely with local, state, and federal leaders to strengthen public health initiatives and community programs.

Orlando Montero is a seasoned real estate developer, builder, investor, and licensed broker with over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry. His professional background spans a wide range of residential and commercial development projects, with a strong emphasis on equitable access to homeownership.

Marco Santana is a first-generation graduate of the University of California, Riverside, with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s in Education. He has over 7 years of experience in community development, workforce initiatives, and nonprofit management, holding leadership roles with the Pass Community Foundation, Faith in Action of the San Gorgonio Pass, and Riverside County Housing and Workforce Solutions’ Workforce Development Division.

Ruben Mendoza is the Housing Associate with Uplift San Bernardino, a collective impact initiative dedicated to cultivating the next generation of successful adults committed to growing roots in the City of San Bernardino. In my role, I am responsible for identifying policies and initiatives that will increase the production of affordable housing, primarily with local coalitions within the Inland SoCal region. 

Frank Garcia is retired from the United State's Air Force. Frank lives in Redlands and is an advocate for affordable housing and health care for all and   other social justice causes. 

Candy Doss is the Treasurer of Inland Equity Community Land Trust.  She is a retired Postal Worker who is working on housing issues in the City of Riverside. 

TODEC’s mission is to empower disenfranchised immigrant communities to become economically, socially, educationally, and civically self-sufficient while enhancing individual self-esteem and community health. The overall purpose of TODEC is to ensure equitable access to information, immigration legal services, community education, advocacy, and civic engagement for limited and non-English speaking people including immigrants and migrant workers throughout Riverside, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Imperial counties.
