General Membership Form

IE CLT Membership has two types of voting members

  • The “Lessee Members,” who shall be all persons who lease land or housing from Inland Equity Community Land Trust; and
  • The “General Members,” who shall be all other persons, eighteen years of age or older, who have complied with the following requirements.

To join as a General member, please complete this form and IE CLT Staff will reach out to complete your membership. 

HOUSING JUSTICE CHAMPIONS:
Based on yearly income and we’ll calculate your payments, which will recur on a monthly basis.
1% of Income
2% of Income
3% of Income
SOLIDARITY BUILDERS:
Dues will be billed on a recurring monthly basis on flat rate based on criteria described below. Solidarity Builders, after initial payment, can choose to select the preferred date for the second and future billings.
Low-Income / Student: $5 Monthly
Senior Citizen: $10 Monthly
Standard: $15 Monthly
Sponsor: $25 Monthly
LAMP-LIGHTERS:
AN ANNUAL SUSTAINER MEMBERSHIP
Low-Income / Student: $25 a Year
Senior Citizen: $35 a YearMonthly
Standard: $50 a Yearly
Sponsor: $75 a Year
MATCH-MAKERS:
A ONE-TIME ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP (At the End of Your One-Time Membership, You’ll Get an Email Notice & Phone Call to See if You Would Like to Renew)
Low-Income / Student: $25 a Year
Senior Citizen: $35 a Year
Standard: $50 a Yearly
Sponsor: $75 a Year

(You Can Become a Member by Volunteering 7 Hours Per Year)
